Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of user study proctors
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and maintain data integrity
- Design and execute qualitative/quantitative user studies for wearable product comfort and fit
- Develop and support approval of study protocols
- Oversee data collection and perform basic analysis to identify insights
- Communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and summarize studies
- Proctor research experience
- Minimum 6 months experience with Apple Black or Ultra product studies
- Prior managerial/team lead experience
- Background in Human Factors Research
