Greet guests within 15 minutes of teppan orders and perform an entertaining cooking show;
Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items following recipes and portion standards;
Maintain clean and sanitary teppan cooking areas and kitchen equipment; report issues to supervisor;
Adhere to FIFO food handling, proper storage, labeling and presentation standards;
Assist with shift opening and closing duties and support guest celebrations
