The Cook reports directly to the Director of Operations. The position is responsible for preparing food according to standardized recipes and ensuring that food quality, quantity, and nutritional standards are consistently met. Duties include food preparation, cooking, packaging, serving, cleaning, inventory management, and assisting with record keeping and compliance with health and safety regulations. This position may also assist with staff supervision, kitchen operations, and special events.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
