PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service while building relationships;
Assist in club fitting and explain features, benefits, and differences of golf clubs;
Maintain Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories) at premiere stock and visual levels;
Handle front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, and promotions;
Keep Hard Goods areas clean, organized, and operational
