PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fittings including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications;
Maintain a premiere stock and visual level in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and customer experience;
Provide front-end support such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features and differences to customers
