Pay: $19–$22/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, including weekends and holidays

Reports To: Store Manager

The Receiver is the person who controls what comes in the back door of our Cupertino store. You inspect every vendor and internal shipment, catch the damaged or mislabeled items before they hit the floor, and make sure everything is logged, labeled, and stored where it belongs. Get this right and the rest of the store runs smoothly; get it wrong and it shows up 's a back-of-house role with real ownership.

This job is physical — you'll be on your feet, moving product, and operating a forklift through most of your shift. Receiving days include weekends and holidays, and the pace picks up around inventory deliveries. The people who do best in this role like a hands‑on environment, take pride in keeping things organized, and would rather run their corner of the operation than sit behind a desk.

• Inspect every vendor and internal shipment for quality, labeling, and safety standards
• Catch damaged or mislabeled product; follow return-to-vendor procedures
• Move and organize incoming inventory into the right storage locations
• Log purchase orders, labeling, and storage info in our inventory and HACCP systems
• Coordinate with merchandising managers on delivery schedules and inventory flow
• Keep the back-of-house clean, safe, and organized; flag potential risks to the manager

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Forklift experience
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25+ lbs
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills (you'll work in our inventory system daily)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Previous receiver experience in a grocery or retail setting
• Current forklift certification
• Familiarity with HACCP or food-safety logging
