Speech Language Pathologist in Cupertino, CA

Two full-time opportunities are available, each splitting time between two schools, and both are set to begin in late November, continuing through the end of the school year. • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, able to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible and organized, able to balance responsibilities across two different campuses

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech and language delays or disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Offer consultation and training to school staff as needed
• Split time effectively between a middle school and an elementary school assigned to your position
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students
