Do you want to help define the future of app development on Apple platforms? Join the Swift
UI team and help shape the evolution of Swift
UI and app development across all of Apple's platforms. You’ll collaborate with passionate and creative colleagues to meet ambitious goals in an environment that not only encourages, but requires constant curiosity and growth. The work we do empowers developers and shapes their experience for decades to come.
As engineering manager of the Swift
UI team, you will join us in developing future Swift
UI features and APIs that impact all of Apple’s platforms. You will foster the growth, productivity, and well-being of your team — some more experienced and some less experienced than you — through the highs and lows of the creative process. You will be responsible for project planning, inter-team coordination, and delivery of your team’s features. You’ll take an active role in hiring to help grow a world-class and diverse team.
To be effective you’ll need to build and maintain strong relationships with our numerous partner teams and closely collaborate with partner teams.
Our goal is to dramatically improve the app ecosystem across all of Apple’s platforms — whether enabling beginners to bring an idea to life, iOS app developers to write their first macOS app, or empowering seasoned pros to focus on what's important. Because we have the privilege of collaborating closely with Swift, Xcode, Human Interface design, and framework teams up and down the software stack, we believe Swift
