Software​/Hardware Test Engineer

We are seeking a hands‑on senior test engineer to design, automate, and execute validation for integrated software‑hardware systems. This role is focused on building practical test solutions, running systematic validation, and quickly diagnosing issues to support fast development cycles.

• Develop detailed test plans and create automated test scripts (Python preferred)
• Set up and maintain hardware and software test environments, including CI/CD-based automation
• Execute systematic test plans, provide rapid troubleshooting, and debug support
• Perform hands‑on manual testing to validate real‑world use cases and edge conditions
• Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with engineers to drive resolution
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency

• Strong experience testing integrated software and hardware systems
• Hands‑on expertise with test automation, scripting, and lab‑based validation
• Ability to debug across firmware, software, drivers, and system‑level interactions
• Experience working from early or ambiguous requirements
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional engineering teams
• Clear communicator able to explain issues, risks, and test results effectively
