The Ads ML Experimentation team is looking for a full‑stack ML Engineer to help shape the future of how Apple's advertising systems experiment to connect millions of global users to content from publishers and developers. You'll build intuitive interfaces that transform complex statistical concepts and ML workflows into seamless user experiences, making advanced experimentation and AI accessible to teams across Apple Ads.
This role requires partnering with cross‑functional teams to effectively coordinate the complex interdependencies inherent in application development. A successful candidate has strong technical skills and is eager to create intuitive user experiences; they have a keen eye for the details that surprise and delight our customers.
- Experience designing and implementing intuitive, responsive user interfaces with data visualization libraries
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms for optimization
- Experience designing, implementing, and iterating on intuitive user interfaces
- Experience building and deploying RAG Machine Learning models to production using data processing tools
- Experience with A/B Testing infrastructure and/or methodologies
- Proficiency with database design and database languages (SQL) to build applications
- Experience with alerting and observability tools (Data Dog, Splunk) to monitor production systems
- Skilled at operating in a cross‑functional organization
- Ability to condense complex concepts and projects into clear, actionable takeaways
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a curious business attitude
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment with cross‑functional ownership
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
