** Description*
* This role is for developing the analysis pipelines and investigation platforms that anti-malware and threat intelligence teams use to fight bad actors.

Our team cares deeply about providing Apple's customers with the highest standard in security and privacy on our products. We build large-scale systems that automate vulnerability discovery in Apple software and we build public-facing systems to collaborate with external security teams. This role is a manager role for a software engineering team tasked with building the cutting edge while scaling to the needs of our customers' 2B+ devices.

Security expertise can be developed on the job while you bring your world class software engineering experience.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + 5+ years leading software engineering teams

+ Excellent skills for coaching team members and fostering partnerships

+ Experience in Python, Go, or Swift

+ Hand's on with system architecture and design of distributed systems

+ Track record of shaping new products, co-developed with customers

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Insightful on the agentic coding revolution

+ 10+ years overall experience leading software engineering teams
