Grievance Coordinator

Core Civic - 3200 South Kings Highway - Responsibilities:
Oversee the inmate/resident grievance process and ensure informal and formal grievance processes are administered in compliance with company and contractual requirements;
Coordinate the investigation of grievances to determine facts and reach a reasonable and effective resolution;
Track inmate/resident grievances to ensure successful resolution and timely responses;
Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with company policy, procedure and contract requirements;
Prepare and evaluate reports/responses; monitor action plans; coordinate appeals with management to resolution
