We’re hiring an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Day‑Shift Mental Health Coordinator role on a 6‑week contract
. This position provides essential mental health services inside a secure facility and is ideal for seasoned clinicians confident in assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.

Shift:
Days | Typically 8‑hour shifts
Pay: $58–$63/hr
Hours:
40 hours/week guaranteed
As the Mental Health Coordinator, you’ll conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans, deliver counseling services, and provide crisis intervention to incarcerated individuals. This role demands professionalism, clinical expertise, and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct mental health screenings & diagnostic assessments
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing counseling and crisis intervention
- Document all evaluations and treatment encounters
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive clinical information
- Apply advanced clinical judgment and therapeutic techniques
- Support continuity of care in a structured, secure environment
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- 5+ years clinical experience
- 2+ years in a comparable behavioral health role
