Step Ahead ABA in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for one client in Cushing. The role is Mon–Fri afternoons, approx. 17.5 hours weekly, serving in-home, school, and community ABA therapy settings.
You will provide direct therapy under a BCBA-approved plan, collect data, and document sessions. The schedule is built around client needs and your availability, not corporate hours targets.
