Step Ahead ABA in Cushing, Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct 97153 therapy for a single client. The schedule is Mon–Fri afternoons, about 17.5 hours per week, with sessions from 4pm to 7:30pm, and a BCBA assigned to support you.
You will collect data, submit notes, and receive real supervision with QA/IOA checks; non-billable time is paid at $10/hour. You’ll benefit from internal client assignment and Capella University tuition support.
