The Oasis Hotel in Cushing is seeking a reliable individual for a unique live-in opportunity.
This position includes on-site housing as part of the compensation package, along with a biweekly paycheck. Pay will be discussed/determined based on the role desired. The schedule is approximately 4 days per week and consists primarily of office and guest service responsibilities, with some light cleaning duties.
Responsibilities Include- Guest check-ins and customer service
- Answering phones and managing reservations
- Assisting U-Haul customers
- Basic office and computer tasks
- Light cleaning and property upkeep
- Housing included as part of compensation
- Bi-weekly paycheck
- Approximately 4-day work week
- Schedule may be able to work around another job
- Small, friendly work environment
- Previous hotel, hospitality, front desk, housekeeping or lodging experience preferred / almost required.
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operations
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when stocking supplies or assisting with property needs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light cleaning tasks as needed
- Must be comfortable working with the public and answering phones
- Reliable transportation preferred
- References required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable living on-site
- Organized and self-motivated
- Best suited for a single individual, though other arrangements may be considered for the right candidate
