• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
• Lead training and development, generating standard work instructions
• Problem solving and driving Continuous Improvement

• CNC Programming (5‑axis) experience or background as a Manufacturing Engineer (Machine shop/Aerospace environment)
• Experience with GD&T
• Passion for training, mentoring, and developing a technical team
