The Nursing Manager - Operating Room (OR) is responsible for promoting the mission and values of the organization while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care

• Surgical services background is required

• Promote quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Oklahoma RN license or applicable Multi‑State Compact RN license

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of Surgical Services RN experience

• BLS – must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer
• ACLS – required within 30 days of hire
• PALS – required within 30 days of hire

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support clinical staff
• Interest in growing into long‑term nursing leadership
