• Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women’s services, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
• Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in the State of Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.
