Join our team as a full-time, night shift Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality outcomes.
- Providing age-appropriate care by understanding growth and development principles.
- Developing and modifying care plans based on patient needs and policies.
- Supervising and monitoring LPNs when necessary.
- ADN or BSN degree.
- At least 1 year of ER experience.
- Valid Oklahoma or Multi-State RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred: TNCC certification.
