PRN(as-needed), Armed Security Officer – Cushing, OK
This position protects life and property at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, a 99‑bed community‑owned facility offering a full range of services including emergency care, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care, and urology.
Responsibilities- The Security Officer plays a critical role in protecting the life and property of all persons on Hillcrest Hospital Cushing premises and patrols hospital buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism.
- Secures, unlocks, and protects hospital buildings.
- Responds to security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors.
- This position is safety sensitive.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of proper firearm use and safety required.
- CLEET Certification for Phase I, II, and IV required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1‑year security or law‑enforcement experience strongly preferred.
