Amanufacturing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to4:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and check in visitors
- File, Print, and date stamp invoices and purchase orders
- Assist with purchasing materials, shop supplies, and subcontracting
- Labor entry review and adjustments
- Back up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements
