Salary: $100,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities of a Controller:• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Manage and lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency
Qualifications of a Controller:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing accounting teams and processes
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
