Guest Service Team Member – US Concerts

US Concerts is seeking a Guest Service team member to interact with customers, providing information and resolving inquiries about products and services, and handling and resolving complaints.

• Weekdays from 11:00–18:00
• Some later shifts depending on show schedule
• Certain weekends

• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty by answering inbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to resolve customer concerns and questions.
• Adapt to customer needs, ensuring that they are understood, and take appropriate action to exceed expectations.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide information.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
• Show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, implementing programs that conserve resources and prevent waste such as sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating fans.
• Partner with crew members at the end of show to close the venue, including collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved sections, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service and communications experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
