The YMCA seeks a Before & After School Assistant Teacher to support BASE, Summer Day Camp and related programs in Ohio. You will work directly with children and parents to ensure programs meet and exceed expectations, incorporating core values into every activity.
Responsibilities include implementing weekly lesson plans aligned to curriculum and state standards, maintaining licensing and funding records, and creating a welcoming, safe environment aligned with child development principles.
