Ministry OverviewThe Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy is a non-profit ministry that is dedicated to “Educating and Cultivating Servants for Christ”. We are a middle and senior high school committed to high academic standards. Our biblically-integrated, college-preparatory curriculum is delivered by a dedicated staff of Christian professionals. We are committed to teaching from a biblical worldview and philosophy. We are committed to providing our students with experiences that will foster in them a servant’s heart, including extra-curricular activities, inter-scholastic athletics, music, theater, short-term mission trips, and numerous service opportunities.
CVCA aims to create a Christian school community characterized by transforming relationships that produce a lived-out faith in the lives of our students, our faculty and our staff.

This position provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Schools of Distinction . Supports the director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison with various groups (i.e. Parents, Volunteers, Area Churches, Elementary Feeder Schools, etc….).
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain records
- General administrative support
- Assist in preparing classroom
- Monitor classes when needed
- Other duties as assigned

- A creative self-starter who works independently with little supervision
- Well organized
- Proficient in Google Suite (e.g. calendar, docs, forms, sheets, etc), Microsoft Office, e‑mail, internet, and other relevant software; ability to operate standard office equipment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Work is typically performed in a conventional office environments
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
