Full-Time Tutor, assigned to Nordonia Hills City Schools
Term: 6-8 weeks
Focus: Academic Support
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and supportive
Academic Tutorto provide individualized and/or small-group academic assistance to students during a 6-8 week assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support and assistance with assignments and coursework.
- Reinforce classroom instruction and skills.
- Help students develop effective study and learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with school staff as needed.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with school-age students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students.
Salary: Salary schedule placement commensurate with experience and training.
