This is a full-time or part-time on-site Teller role based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Teller will provide exceptional customer service, process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and assist members with financial inquiries. Additional responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, promoting credit union services, and maintaining accurate records of transactions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Basic knowledge of financial services, transaction processing, and cash handling.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in financial tasks, and ability to maintain organized records.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve member inquiries effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in banking or retail is an asset.
