** to join our growing Rehabilitation Team. We offer multiple schedules—
** Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN**—to fit your lifestyle, with competitive pay starting at **$60 per hour
** and full benefits available for full‑time team members.
** Position Summary
** The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, working collaboratively to enhance resident outcomes and quality of life.
** Responsibilities
* ** Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant clinical records
* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams
* Provide education to residents, families, and staff
* Adhere to state, federal, and facility guidelines
** Qualifications
* ** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active California SLP license
* CCC-SLP preferred but not required
* SNF experience is a plus
* Excellent clinical and communication skills
