You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach—and exceed—your sales goals. • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
• Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
• Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date

• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
• Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
