Production Associates

Now hiring Production Associates for a company in Cuyahoga Falls for all three shifts.

Weekly pay starting at $17.25 per hour.

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, making basic adjustments and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, specifications, blueprints, or production requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare, move, and supply materials to the production line while maintaining accurate inventory and work order information.
• Record production output, quality checks, equipment issues, and other required documentation.
• Work with supervisors and team members to maintain production flow and meet daily production goals.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment and tools.

Applicants must have their own transportation and complete both a background and drug screening.
