Production Operator
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift
Hire Sync is hiring Production Operators for Hardwood Rubber Products in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience is required — the company is willing to train the right person — but candidates with rubber extrusion, manual lathe grinding, or other hands‑on manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do- Operate production equipment to manufacture custom rubber products
- Perform hands‑on manufacturing processes while following quality standards
- Complete a variety of customized production tasks — no two projects are exactly the same
- Use hand tools and equipment to support manufacturing operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Learn new processes and equipment through hands‑on training
- Support team members to meet production goals
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn new processes and work with your hands
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform basic math skills required for manufacturing work
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Rubber extrusion
- Manual lathe grinding
- Machining or custom manufacturing
- Other hands‑on production equipment
