Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.;
Report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to supervisor on duty in a timely manner.;
Assist nurses with tasks such as measuring vital signs, documenting weights and other resident information, and assisting with admissions as assigned.;
Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas; follow infection control protocols.
