Western Reserve Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for 3 West/Medical Floor. The role oversees daily clinical operations, co-ordinates staff, and supports development of unit policies in collaboration with physicians and other departments.
The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio (or a recognized multi-state license), with BSN preferred, and BLS/ALS certifications. Experience leading clinical teams is highly valued and management experience is preferred.
