Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues;
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and applying Open Door Policy;
Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures
