- - Responsibilities:
Provide effective people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage staffing, scheduling, and associate development.;
Lead the in-store experience to deliver exceptional pet parent and associate experiences and ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.;
Drive store profitability and manage expenses, labor, and inventory to meet P&L targets and performance metrics.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to execute community/events and partnerships, including adoptions; communicate financial and business results to leaders and teams; maintain effective reporting.;
Oversee store opening/closing procedures and ensure proper scheduling, payroll processing, and execution of daily tasks.
