The Fulfillment Associate position is a crucial position that ensures we’re meeting the needs of our customers with the help of our newly established and stream-lined picking process.

• Work in a team-based environment to pick, pack and ship orders to our customers.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and verify incoming goods against packing lists.
• Package, label, and inventory tools correctly.
• Assist local customers in product pick-ups while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.

• Flexible team player mentality, with a professional personality and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify ways to best serve our customers.
• Excellent communication skills to achieve team goals in timely manner.
• A desire to start your career in a fast-paced growing

• Willingness to be cross-trained and work with all departments to get things done.

Compensation begins at $16.31 per hour topping out at $19.39 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts.
