Security Officer

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Armed Security Officer for perimeter patrol. In this field-based role, you will conduct foot and vehicle patrols, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and incidents to protect client property, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities include enforcing site policies, completing detailed incident and patrol reports, and providing professional customer service to clients and visitors. You will follow strict safety and firearms protocols, participate in ongoing training, and work closely with supervisors and teammates to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and vehicle perimeter patrols of client property
• Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and credentials
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established procedures
• Enforce site policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a secure environment
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security issues
• Complete accurate and timely incident, patrol, and shift reports
• Communicate with supervisors, teammates, and client representatives via radio and in person
• Provide professional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Follow all safety, firearms, and use-of-force policies and training guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and certifications as required
