Our Fulfillment team is a key part of the customer experience, and accurate inventory is what makes that possible. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and flow across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. This role partners closely with Fulfillment leadership to support cycle counting, reconciliation, storage organization, and inventory transactions, while also jumping in to support daily shipping activity when needed.
We are currently hiring two Inventory Control Specialists for 1st and 2nd shift
.
- Complete daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate on-site inventory for:
- Raw material
- Work-in-process (WIP)
- Finished goods
- Perform inventory movements, adjustments, and transactions in the system
- Support inventory storage and flow improvement projects
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO practices are followed (especially with packaging changes)
- Review inventory reports and proactively resolve accuracy issues
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts across Fulfillment and Operations
- Support daily fulfillment operations as needed, including:
- Picking, packing, and shipping
- Order verification and accuracy checks
- 2 to 4 years experience in a fast-paced warehouse / distribution environment
- Experience in a high volume, high mix operation
- Strong math, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay effective in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Comfort working cross-functionally with other departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- WMS experience
- Lean / Continuous Improvement exposure (or willingness to learn)
- Strong problem solving and root cause investigation skills
- Financial acumen / inventory valuation awareness
Work is performed in an active warehouse / fulfillment environment. Safety and accuracy are critical, and you’ll be working around moving inventory, packaging materials, and equipment.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to remain active on your feet for extended periods during the shift
