Schedule: Monday–Friday | Second Shift 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay Range: $19.07 – $23.82 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, inspecting, and shipping customer orders while helping ensure quality products are delivered to our customers on time. • Order Management: Ensure accurate assembly, post-processing, and inspection of customer orders to meet shipping objectives and maintain quality standards.
• Material Handling: Pick, sort, organize, and stage products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient workflow.
• Labeling & Marking: Prepare and apply precise labels, including customer‑specific markings, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manifest Creation: Generate accurate shipping manifests and process domestic and international orders using designated software.
• Shipping Operations: Operate and maintain shipping equipment such as banding machines, lift tables, and carts while following safe work practices.
• Pre-Pack Processing: Perform laser marking, tubing, and labeling of prepackaged items to replenish stock while maintaining FIFO standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related experience/training.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Team‑oriented with adaptability to varying workloads.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive reaching, bending, standing, walking, and hand movements throughout the shift.
• Visually inspect products for small defects and safely handle sharp cutting tools.
• Work in a climate‑controlled distribution center with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
