Lingo Staffing – Picker (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)

Responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires the use of handheld RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify inventory while maintaining accuracy and productivity. The ideal candidate has previous picking and packing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals.
Pay rate & Scheduled: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (Based on experience)
1st Shift: Monday – Friday - 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities & Requirements- Pick customer orders accurately using a handheld RF scanner
- Minimum 2 years of RF Scanner experience
- Minimum 2 years of Picking/Packing experience
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Safely climb up and down rolling ladders while retrieving inventory
- Transport products up and down ladders as needed
- Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing and working from rolling ladders
- Steel-toed boots required
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
