Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Cook in their Education sector to join our team at Cwmbran High School,NP444YZ
.

You will be assisting with the production of both hot and cold food, deli grab & go items and serving on the hot food counter at breakfast and lunchtime, providing excellent customer service to our customers and ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed.

• This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, term time only
• £20,531.03 across the 42 weeks

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch.
• Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events.
• Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support and train new team members.
• Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
• Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
• Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.

• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Relevant cookery/culinary qualification is desirable; however, we will consider experience too.
• Previous experience working within a school environment would be beneficial.
