Waiting Staff

Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for Waiters/Waitresses to join a busy and welcoming events venue in the Cwmbran area. The venue hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year, including weddings, funerals, golf events, baby showers and private functions, so this is a varied role where no two days are necessarily the same. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team.

The role will predominantly involve waiting and event service, with some bar work also required. You will help ensure guests receive a friendly, professional and efficient service throughout their event.

• Full-time
• Approximately 35 hours per week
• Monday to Sunday
• Shifts between 10am and 10pm
• Rotas provided one week in advance
• Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the events hosted at the venue

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests
• Taking and serving food and drink orders
• Setting up and clearing tables
• Supporting weddings, funerals, golf events, baby showers and other functions
• Carrying out some bar duties when required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Working as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting with general event duties as required
• Ideally, you will have around 2 years' experience in a waiting or hospitality role.
• Previous events or functions experience would be advantageous.

Due to the venue's location, applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel to and f sa from the venue independently.
