North build Recruitment is seeking an IMMEDIATE start CSCS Carded Handyman for a large residential new build site in Rossett, Wrexham (LL11).
Work involves patching, mastic and silicone works, painting touch-ups, basic joinery fittings, and completing remedial fixes from the snagging list. Long-term roles with Monday to Friday, 7:30-16:30, 45 hours per week; CIS payments available. Residential experience with references preferred; start date ASAP.
