Job Details

Key Responsibilities Include

Daily bank reconciliations
Data entry for records integrity
Daily and Weekly Financial Reports
Month-end journal entries
Month-end reporting
Quarterly sales and use tax return
Yearly personal property taxes
Agency audits
Ad Hoc Financial Reports

Qualifications We Are Looking For

Comfortable using accounting software, Excel and other industry-specific programs
Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
Understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)
Clear understanding of Debits and Credits
Proven ability to act as a role model for the organization reflecting professionalism, positivity, and team orientation
Proven Service-minded approach to delivering Accounting services
