Screening interviews are happening now with onboarding sessions scheduled for July. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working flexible hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Academic Coaches who can support High School students in Test Prep for the SAT or ACT.

The Academic Coach

Experience:

• Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours.
• All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.
• A highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches.

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Solid ability to teach content while catering to varying learning styles.
• AP-level knowledge of at least 2 core classes.
• Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university.
• Are available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm).
