Senior Systems Engineer (Lead)

• Support design and development of new ground station architecture, and provide support for antenna ground station operation and maintenance programs to ensure the operability of remotely located tracking stations.
• Responsible for design, development, integration, test, and operations and maintenance of both new and existing ground stations.
• Lead and support on‑site station operations.

• Proficient electrical and electronics hardware and system design and development experience with RF telemetry systems.
• Experience preparing design reviews and presentations with documented analysis/calculations to meet design requirements.
• Experience drafting electrical and/or mechanical schematics using CAD tools (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD, OrCAD, and similar software).
• Experience in integration and test procedures, including procedure and report generation.
• Proven problem‑solving and troubleshooting experience involving multi‑layer systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to lead teams, interface with international customers, and engage senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Flexible and able to handle occasional heavy workload.
• Willingness to learn and expand systems knowledge.
• Experience with proposal activities and business development.
• Exposure to software languages such as C++ is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with some trips lasting multiple weeks.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: RF engineering, antenna, baseband handling, digital processing, control and monitor processing, and network and satellite communications.

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
