- Manage and control the release of engineering drawings and related documentation within the PDM and ERP systems.
- Ensure proper revision control, tracking, and archival of all technical documents in PDM.
- Create and maintain item masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routers within the ERP system.
- Verify data accuracy and alignment between PDM and ERP systems.
- Process and manage Document Change Requests (DCRs) and Advance Change Notices (ADCNs) in accordance with company procedures ensuring timely communication and implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to validate document updates and system entries.
- Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and traceability of changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in document control and data management workflows.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in document control, engineering support, or data management.
- Experience with PDM, ERP & CAD systems (Solid Works, Solid Works PDM, and Global Shop preferred).
- Strong understanding of BOM structures, routing processes, and engineering change management.
- Familiar with change management process documentation including DCRs, ADCNs, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
