Position Summary
Sapphire Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex product-development and customer-application programs for natural‑gas and data‑center infrastructure.
The programs integrate high‑speed rotating machinery, active magnetic bearings, power electronics, controls, manufacturing, and field deployment. Several are progressing from development into production and will require significant manufacturing scale‑up.
The Technical Program Manager will own the integrated program schedule, identify and protect the critical path, prioritize cross‑functional work, and coordinate resource needs with functional leaders. This role will also manage customer technical questions and ensure that analyses, specifications, drawings, test reports, and other deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
This position leads through influence rather than direct authority and is accountable for program schedule, scope, cost, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

Grow into a leader of complex electromechanical programs, with opportunities to manage larger product platforms, strategic customer relationships, and broader operational responsibilities.
