Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking an organized, motivated Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruiting, marketing, and talent acquisition.
You’ll create and publish job postings, source candidates, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications using Bullhorn. This in-office role is based in Cypress, TX with flexible 20–25 hours per week and a simple, supportive onboarding process.
